MoveMate is an address-change tracker built for anyone moving house in Australia. Changing your address is rarely one task — it is dozens. The Australian Taxation Office, Medicare, Service NSW or VicRoads, your local council, your electricity and gas retailers, your bank, your insurer, your super fund, your streaming subscriptions and your phone plan all need to know you have moved, and each one asks in a different way.

MoveMate turns that sprawl into a single checklist. You enter the address you are leaving and the address you are moving to, and we generate a personalised list of every government agency, utility provider, financial institution and subscription service that needs updating — including the ones that only apply in your state, and the local council that matches your postcode. Each item links straight to the provider's own change-of-address page, and you can track what is done, what is in progress and what is left to do.

It is built for renters, first-home buyers, families and anyone else who has ever discovered three months later that a single utility still had their old address on file.

MoveMate is built and maintained by a small independent team based in Australia, who have moved house more times than they would like to admit. We are not affiliated with any government agency or provider — we simply collect the links and keep the checklist in one place. Your move details are private to your account, and you can delete your account and everything in it at any time.
